Rrampt’s Bluegrass and Moonshine
Rrampt’s signature series is back with the perfect combination: bluegrass and moonshine! We’ve invited Juno-nominated The Slocan Ramblers to take the stage at Heartwood for two sets of some of the best Canadian bluegrass being played these days, while Junction 56 Distillery will offer samples of their tasty Moonshine and a curated selection from the bar.
What would Bluegrass be without moonshine? What would moonshine be without bluegrass? We couldn’t offer one without the other, so we put ’em together just like we did with Whisky and Blues, Gin n Jazz, and Cider and Celtic Remix. If you’ve been to any of those, you know how much fun these events are.
And hitting the dance floor to boogie after a sip or two of fine distilled ‘shine on a cold November night just seemed liked too good of an idea to pass up. Wouldn’t you agree?
So, here’s what’s happenin’ – doors open at 7:30 and that’s when Junction 56 will start sampling and answering all your moonshine questions. At 8:30, the Slocan Ramblers will take the stage and play until 11 with an intermission from 9:30 – 10:00.
This event is generously sponsored by Wanda Westover of Royal Lepage.
Tickets are $25+sc in advance/ $30 at the door. They’re available at Hearwood Home and on Eventbrite (ticket link above).
It’s a 19+ event.
See y’all there!
