Excuse Me. is a Guelph based indie rock quintet known for their visceral live performances and genre-bending songwriting. In 2025 they’re set to release a new EP titled Time and Place; a collection of raw and heartfelt songs written and recorded independently. This project marks a new chapter in the band’s career as they channel 7 years worth of experiences into a more focused and earnest sound. Having shared the stage with acts like July Talk, Glorious Sons, and The Trews, they’re set to bring the energy of their live shows to new fans and continue the legacy of Canadian bands that punch well above their weight.
The Commune is a Hamilton-based folk-rock band founded in 2023 by Irish-Canadian singer/songwriter Finbar Wall. Roots-rock, alt-Americana, and the true folk tradition blend into a brand-new sound. Plainspoken and poetic lyricism complement the street-level rock ’n’ roll that has built The Commune’s formidable reputation as one of Hamilton’s most promising young live acts in the last decade.
How about a special “opening up the evening” short set from our friend and awesome musician, GAVIN MCLEOD who just happens to be up north for the holiday long weekend! YESSIREE!  Gavin McLeod is a young multi-talented singer-songwriter and guitarist who blends heartfelt lyricism with infectious melodies. Gavin draws inspiration from a range of influences—spanning 1970s singer-songwriters to modern UK indie rock. Gavin has just release his full-length album, The Constant Astonishment which showcases Gavin’s dynamic songwriting, his band’s natural chemistry, and a fusion of alt-country, pop rock, and 90s Brit-rock energy.
